Risk Communication Specialist
The Risk Communication Specialist should have at least a Master's degree in organizational communication or a related field from an accredited college or university and at least twelve (12) years' experience in risk communication.
The candidate should have a record of success conducting corporate and organizational communication programs, preferably in both government and private sector, as well as skill and credibility in providing advice and counsel to senior leaders.
It is preferred that the candidate has an in-depth military background, including the policies and procedures of military public affairs.
The Risk Communication Specialist should be experienced in the leading organizational change methodologies and best practices, and the successful application of risk communication principles in a variety of organizational change scenarios.
A minimum of a SECRET INTERIM clearance and the ability to obtain a favorable FINAL SECRET clearance is required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
