NTT DATA Federal Services, Inc. (NDFS) currently seeks a Sr Instructional System Designer to join our team in Quantico, Va.
Must have an Active Top Secret Clearance.
The NDFS Instructional System Designer (ISD) will apply adult learning theory, including the ADDIE model to A nalyze, D esign, D evelop, I mplement, and E valuate curriculum for the NDFS client. Responsibilities will include job task analyses to identify training needs at different stages of career development. In addition, ISD(s) will analyze training needs, create terminal and enabling learning objectives, select learning strategies and delivery systems, develop training content, implement training, and conduct evaluations of the training.
The NDFS ISD is well trained and experienced in instructional systems design within all areas of the ADDIE model. The NDFS ISD is responsible for utilizing the ADDIE model to design course(s) or program(s), analyze training needs, conduct job task analyses, create meaningful learning objectives, map learning objectives to job tasks, suggest/select delivery systems, develop effective learning strategies, and conduct level 1, 2, and 3 evaluations. The NDFS ISD may assist in ensuring alignment between identified job tasks, learning objectives, and assessment items and may also be expected to participate in the curriculum/test validation process.
