Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVA&D) Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) Experience integrating Citrix NetScaler ADC/NetScaler FIPS devices in an enterprise environment Upgrades Citrix based applications and hardware as required Dell Wyse terminal integration Assists with daily operations and maintenance of enterprise Windows-based environments.
Provides support with restoration efforts for unplanned system outages and service disruptions Assists various SMEs with task-oriented work while receiving OJT learning opportunities (VMware, Exchange, SharePoint, MS SQL).
Performs software upgrades, patch installs, firmware upgrades Performs incident resolution for Tier 3 requests Diagnosis and troubleshoot problems related to the OS, hardware, network, and related software Troubleshoot and configure servers in a virtual environment using vSphere Create scripts in various shells to automate daily and periodic tasks Document work for leadership, update/create Standard Operating Procedures, and brief staff and customers various tasks Security Clearance Level:
Secret clearance to start; must be able to obtain TS/SCIRequired Skills and Abilities:
Highly experienced in configuration, management and deployment of Citrix ADC/NetScaler FIPS HA appliances Strong understanding of Citrix Application Delivery Management (ADM) Strong understanding of Citrix Web Application Firewall (WAF) Managing Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp, for hosted applications and virtual desktop deployments via zero client terminals Microsoft Windows desktop design engineering and implementation options System configuration based on security guidelines such as DISA STIGs Security
Preferred Skills:
Strong Citrix skillset; Citrix Administration, Citrix Hypervisor, Citrix NetScaler s; in lieu experience with NLB and F5 will be considered Location:
