MetroStar Systems is looking for a Senior Mainframe Systems Engineer who is passionate about all things Mainframe. The Senior Mainframe Systems Engineer is responsible for analyzing, planning, designing, and documenting application installation and operations within a z/OS based mainframe BISs. The Senior Mainframe Systems Engineer leads infrastructure planning, application support, infrastructure analysis and assessment, and infrastructure test and troubleshooting. (This is the stuff you MUST have to be a fit) 10 years or more in engineering and operating z/OS based mainframe BISs 5 years or more of integrating Software AG Natural/CIC applications into z/OS environments. 2 years or more in engineering systems within the constraints of the MCAAP or other Risk Management Framework implementations. Experience in concept exploration, requirements definition, analysis, process design, systems design, integration testing and evaluation within complex environments. Experience in the development of operational and system level architecture views.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & Engineering, Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
